Jumpstart! Grammar: Games and activities for ages 6 - 14 (ISSN)

I have just got this today and I am so pleased I bought it. I am an ESOL Teacher and the games and starter activities are brilliant to drive home the parts of speech needed in grammar.They will work well for online delivery too and bring an element of competition into the class which is always good when motivating students.Well worth the money, highly recommend.

I don’t think there is (or can be) a better book that this for the learning and teaching of grammar. Pie Corbett does a remarkable job in making the whole subject understandable and fun. Fully recommend.

What a super book to have!! A must for all teachers teaching grammar in schools. It has some wonderful ideas to teach all of the grammar elements of the curriculum. It also has great definition of each word class, and how to teach this to children. Would highly recommend buying!

Handy little book, full of useful ideas to incorporate some fun into those grey grammar lessons. It is not a grammar guide book, so you may find you need other sources to secure your knowledge.

Not massively different to the red one. Wish I'd bought the text version, not the kindle version though: would've been easier to flick through and choose activities.
