Seattle Sundries Mandarin & Mint "Happy Hands" Solid Lotion Bar, All-Natural with Beeswax and Shea Butter

As a knitter, I’ve tried various solid lotion bars, but this is my favorite. The lid screws on vs snaps shut so I don’t have to worry about it coming open in my bag and getting full of lint/crumbs or leaking. The scent is nice and not too heavy-you mainly smell the mint with hints of the mandarin. It doesn’t leave my hands feeling too greasy or slippery, and if I eat shortly after using it, my food doesn’t taste weird.

This is a great product, but if you are looking for a fresh citrus scent, I wouldn't recommend the citrus mint. I purchased this in the herbal lemon scent and loved it. I thought I would try the citrus mint hoping it would smell just as good. Nope, I smell no citrus at all. The mint and rosemary are each strong scents on their own. Put together, neither is distinct and any citrus scent is overpowered. Disappointed in this one.

Love this moisturizer! It lasts throughout the day....even after a hand washing or two thanks to the beeswax's water repellent nature. Only complaint is that it can't/shouldn't be left in the car on a hot Florida day. But even at that, it tolerates the heat way better than some other moisturizing bars that I've used.

This stuff is great! I like it a lot. Most of all its made in Seattle, which give it bonus points for being local. It does take some getting used to if you are normally using liquid lotion. It also take a bit longer than lotion to absorb into skin, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I like the Mandarin Mint the most, but the Vanilla Almond is nice too. The little tin can be cleaned and reused. I use it for small backpacking items due to it being lightweight.

It is nice to have a bar lotion that doesn't leave grease behind, it is completely dry. I love it my fingers don't leave oil marks on my keyboard at work and my clothes don't get stained after I put it on!
