Great flavor and works great! I use to take iron pills that always messed up my digestive system. In researching, I discovered this liquid iron. I have energy again and feel great! I have not felt like this in so long. My system is not messed up anymore, which I thought was "normal." It says to take on an empty stomach. I am an early riser, so I get up at 5am and drink through a straw (I take it four days a week) and then get ready for my workout. It does not bother my system for my workout, usually about an hour to an hour and a half, and then I have breakfast. I highly recommend this product!

It goes down smoothly. It does have the iron taste, but it is not unpleasant. I noticed a difference in my energy level when I took this, so I appreciate its effectiveness. The instructions on the bottle are clear. I think it is a good value. I appreciate the size of the bottle.

Very helpful for iron absorption, no effects on stomach sensitivity, taste is tolerable. Appreciate having it available here as I’m only able to buy it locally in a small shop with limited hours.

This is the only iron supplement I’ve taken where I actually feel better within a couple of days of taking it rather than just more tired. It gives me more energy and it doesn’t taste bad, but it does stay in your teeth. I bought an oral syringe to help administer it while avoiding staining my teeth, but realistically plan to have Your toothbrush, toothpaste, and hopefully a whitening mouthwash nearby so that you can brush your teeth right after taking it to avoid long-term staining.

No after taste. Does not constipate.

My 5 year old and I both take it and it really does work. Great supplement. I would recommend it to everybody. Shipping was also surprisingly fast.

Un complément liquide pratique et bien accepté à la maison. Ma femme l’utilise sans souci pendant sa grossesse, et pour elle, cela apporte un vrai soutien dans les périodes de fatigue.

Came well packaged. A bit pricey but if you have low iron it’s worth the money . The taste is not unpleasant but does leave a slight taste in the mouth but with a sip of water it’s soon gone. It recommends taking it on an empty stomach but for those of us that have sensitive immune systems it’s better for me to take it after I have eaten my breakfast, it’s also Gluten Free for those of us that are Gluten intolerant . All in all I am quite pleased with this product, time will tell if it improves my iron levels. Many thanks Linda

I was excited for this product to arrive but unfortunately it has an allergen sulfites not listed in the description.

Very disappointed in this product. Contains cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin. Tastes absolutely awful, metallic. It's too liquid.
