Ordered this to replace one I had several years back. Using it currently to determine increase in heart beat and lowered pulse ox to test for allergens. Seems to be quite accurate. Nice case and nice little rubber covering on the unit itself which is easily removed. Registers fairly quickly, easy to read large numbers. Depending on the finger you use it on you can change the direction of the readout, upside down for someone on the other side etc. I can read it without my glasses. Came with 2 lanyards, one for the unit itself and one for the case. I am using both carrying it in my purse and attaching the lanyard to my purse to prevent it from getting lost and the lanyard on the unit to keep around my neck in the event I need to recheck after a few minutes. That helps me remember to do a second check. Glad I made this purchase . Not for wearing overnight and no alarm - I did not need those features.

I'm an RN and needed a back up oximeter. This product is small enough for a pocket, easy to use, quick results. Worked out perfectly.

This oximeter was a replacement for one that was lost. Important to me due to use of oxygen and lung problems. Like that you can adjust the brightness level, and that it has several configurations. My brother who is a paramedic supervisor said that the one's that show a heart rhythm are also more accurate. I checked this against one used in my PCP's office as well as in my Pulmonologist's office and it matched up within 1%. I also like the rubber protective sleeve and that it comes with a a case that can be worn either on your belt or around your neck. Unit shuts off if finger is removed for more than 8 seconds. Good buy, would suggest if you need to track your Oxygen saturation and/or heart rate

Good value and Good product.

I have serious lung issues. I have this unit and 5 more. One of which is a Nonin pulse oximeter, the gold standard in pulse oximeters. It's the one pulmonologists use. It cost $350. I've never had any reason to question it's accuracy, still I've sent it back to the factory for recalibration a couple of times just to be sure. I use it to check the accuracy of the cheap ones. Amazingly out of the 6 cheap ones I've bought here that rated high only one did not agree with the Nonin. I threw it away. This unit gives accurate readings and I use it when away from the house to avoid damaging the expensive one.

I did a bit of research before I bought this model and so far it's holding up quite well. The display is easy to read and you can have up to 6 different display modes. The readings themselves seem to be very accurate and the carrying case with protective silicone slip for the device itself is just a nice bonus. Overall, pretty solid device.

This pulse ox works great. It stays on and gives consistent readings even when moving around. The readings only take a couple of seconds to register when you first put the pulse ox on your finger. The screen is easy to read and can also be changed to make the layout look different. The pulse ox comes with a rubber cover, a lanyard, a case cover that shuts closed with velcro, and a lanyard for the case. I definitely recommend this!

I'm always real picky when It comes to equipment I use in EMS. It works for adults and ped's both. With our rural service we like to try to load and go because of lengthy transports but I always try to get a sat on a Pt before starting O2. This is awsome for that. Small and easy to read. I Recomend this sat. It seems to be a accurate and essential tool in my line of work.

Works well. In my trauma kit now. Hope I never have to use it for real. Just bough a second one to put in home kit. Very handy
