works like a charm
i bought it for out of band dial backup for a project i was working on. Installed the drive and voila, i was able to connect to the COM port where the modem was installed and tested dial back feature. Nice device

Make sure you need it before you order it.
Tried sending it back because I didn't need it and the owner never replied and time ran out so I wasn't able to return it.
