Poor grind, unsafe handle
Blade was very poorly ground, the handle is slippery and not comfortable.

まずまず
大きな塊肉を捌く事が増えたので、安くてザックリ使えるこちらを選択 国産の同じ用途の物を使っていたけど、グレード的には国産には敵わない。 でもその分安いのでガシガシ使う事に躊躇が無くなるのは利点。 海外から届いたが、思ったより早く着いて大満足。 後は価格がもう少し安いといいね。
