Best fiber supplement available.
Best fiber supplement out there! I tried every gummie, powder, etc., there is. None were ever working as desired. It took a week of experimentation to find my perfect, reliable, predictable dose of Fibermucil. Andrew Lessman has been my go-to for over 20 years. He knows this area of nutrition and produces the purest supplements.

Too expensive to keep using
These were definitely gentle on my system but I needed to take too many to make them work for what I needed. I took one star off because they were just too expensive to keep using based on the amount I needed.
