The media could not be loaded.  Upon unboxing, speakers are very puny and unimpressive. But if I’m honest, I bought this more for the sub, which does not disappoint. After setting it up, it puts out a pretty good sound. Sub is hard enough to piss off my neighbors apparently (I live in a luxury apparment with noise canceling walls) as I just got a noise complaint less than an hour after setting it up. The wires are just barely long enough to set up the way I had imagined when I ordered it. I will say the light is a little disappointing. No option to turn the lights off and there’s no setting for a rainbow effect, it’s one color or this pulsating effect. But overall, very happy. You guys should definelty make a 2.0 version with bigger speakers, longer wires and more light settings.

Surprisingly good sound at a budget price. One of the most impressive items I have ever found on Amazon. Highly recommended.UPDATE #1-Sadly the unit just stopped working less than 3 weeks after receiving. Preparing to return unit and go in another direction.UPDATE #2-After returning the System and receiving a refund from Amazon Lugulake Customer Service (Joyce) reached out to me via email expressing her apologies and asking for some detail on how/when the unit stopped working. I did reply with a detailed answer and much to my surprise Lugulake sent me a replacement unit which I just received. I just completed setting up the unit and it appears to be in working order. I will put it through its paces and report back. Do have to say that I am still impressed with the sound quality and I am very hopeful that it will continue to work and that my prior experience was a one off. Regardless Lugulake customer service was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I have changed my rating to reflect my feeling about the system itself outside of the prior problem and the first rate customer service I received.

So far this system is amazing! The sound is clear and the bass is so loud. There is a knob in the back of the bass box where you can adjust the bass and treble. I only have the bass about halfway and it gives it a good kick.The speakers can be put standing up, laying down or even put together as one piece. Sounds nice and crisp in my opinion. And the volume goes up to 30 but most I've use was 23 just to sound test but I use it at around 19 for regular watching.You can use your usb, Bluetooth, aux, it even has an FM radio built in. I've used the fm and it worked great. With Bluetooth you can pause and skip tracks with the remote which is really cool. Only problem is you'll have to point the controller directly to the box.All in all I'm loving this system. It is loud. And the sound is good.

I bought this system with the understanding that it was cheap in price and probably quality. The setup is easy even for a novice. The sound is great considering the price point. The issue I had was the system developed a buzzing noise after a couple weeks of use. I tested every cable, connection and speaker. The distortion was coming from the built in circuitry in the sub/control box.I reached out and initially got a quick response. Then there was a bunch of useless back and forth. I was originally offered a replacement without having to send the defective one back. Then I was asked to provide proof via video that there was a distortion, so I did. I was then asked to send the system back. Then I was asked to send another video. I got fed up and reminded them of the original email saying they would replace it with no issues. After a week they agreed to send a replacement.Another week goes by and still no replacement. After reaching out I got a tracking number and finally 5 days later the replacement.The replacement came in a recycled Amazon shipping box. Inside, the original surround sound system box was opened and retaped. After opening the system's box I found the remote out of the plastic w/batteries and all other components already opened. It seemes they sent me someone elses return.Needless to say the replacement is not working properly. One half of the sound bar will not play any sound.Don't buy this!! Spend a little more and get a better system.

Buenas,a venido todo perfecto todo sus accesorios,lo único que no viene especificado es el enchufe que viene tipo inglés y no el redondo español que no viene a la hora de comprarlo y especificado no lo e podido ni probar como funciona.seria recomendable que se especifique ese tipo de detalles en electrónica para futuras compras y nadie se lleve un chasco.

When the system came it was already opened and there was no remote control and missing a cable. Someone had already returned it because it was defective and all they did was send it back out again!!!!! Well they will be getting it back again.

Not much for words but for quality and price this is top notch would recommend it to anyone well done...........from a muso

It poor sound quality crackles when its in Bluetooth mode.I won't be using Amazon again.Lost my faith in online shopping.
