Aecibzo Women Stretchy Vintage Dress Belt Wide Elastic Waist Cinch Belt

For years I’ve been frustrated when looking to buy any belt including a larger width stretchy belt to fit my 23”– 24” waist. All the belts that I have found start at the 25” length as the tightest, which does not work for me. I have a slim built figure and since my waist ranges between 23” to 24” with 30” hips, I need some definition along my waist or I look similar to a straight long pole, which does not offer a sexy or a feminine appearance.Children’s belts are not for women and their width is very small, and generally at 2” or less. Therefore those belts don’t make the fashion statement that a woman looks to accomplish when she’s all dressed up and ready to go out.Previously, I had settled on the ‘too long’, 25” inch belts, then folded them under and stapled a two or three inch section, to get them to conform to my body. But this was not suitable to me as no one should have to staple or tape any apparel or any accessories to fit their form. In addition, staples are not a secure way to fasten. Therefore on an occasion, a staple would loosen up and my belt would hang lopsided, which presented a very untidy and embarrassing appearance.However, the Arecibo stretchy belt is for a woman, who has a very small waist like me, with a 3” width, and a simple yet classy gold-tone buckle closure. There are two strong gold-tone metal hidden hooks and loops for fastening and the buckle area has reinforced leather on the front and on the back which overlaps the elastic. This adds a little panache to the appearance in addition to extra strength to prevent ripping or the buckle closure from coming loose along the elastic.This is a smart and stunning looking belt with fasteners that are strong, and will not bend, even under pressure, and the front area around the buckle has reinforced leather for more added strength. Since I cannot find any other belts like this one, I have since ordered one in each color.

Just got the belt in the mail and very disappointed. The gold buckle seems to have some sort of glue smudges that are hardened and do not budge, and are very visible in the shiny metal. The stretchy part is very uneven in color, the navy dye either has whitish stains or the dye itself is spotty. Not worth the price and I won't be wearing it.

Great for a retro themed party. Many compliments at one bridal shower. One time used.

I was looking for a simple wide belt to wear with a nice dress. The gold buckle is classy. The belt helps hide my belly. I'm very pleased.
