This bee pollen taste really fresh. I had a different brand before and while these were good and fresh too, this ones are even fresher. When ever I open the bag the fresh and sweet smell of the pollen reaches me immediately. This makes me really want to have and eat them. I use it mainly in my oats and even though I put other spices like turmeric, cinnamon and dark cocoa powder into it I can still taste them when I put about a tablespoon into it. Happy with the purchase and can recommend it. One small negative point, after a few weeks of use the closing mechanism on the bag came loose on one side and I had to put the bee pollen into a different container in order to keep it closed to preserve the freshness. Good is however that these do not to be refrigerated according to directions on the package.

Eating it raw not so nice, best to mix with other things like shake etc, can be soaked in water and drink, no side effects, i like it.

Garbage. Don’t buy. This product is suppose to be organic. It doesn’t feel or taste like any other organic been pollen I’ve gotten before. Be wary before purchasing this product because you can’t return it. Usually bee pollen is soft this is more hard than soft. The pollen also has a very bitter and chemically taste.

Allot of product for the money - however compared to others its incredibly dry and not so fresh.
