Sticks made well and do the job. NO spring anti shock system as you would be believe by the description.

Not for newcomers
These are the the cheapest and less suitable for Nordic Walking on the Market so far.Seek out an Instructor and pay or find a free community group and ask advice and try out the poles supplied for tuition, before a purchase.These are so cumbersome ,and heavy, do not allow unclipping of gloves and would possibly put you off for life if used to try out Nordic Walking. The vibration of the poles might even cause you some physical problems if used for a long time.
