Q: What does the side without the juice groove look like? Is it an entire 18x18 cutting surface?

Q: What is the weight of the Pre Master Reversible 18" square cutting board?

It is weighty. likely 5-10 pounds

Q: Does anyone know where to find a replacement drip pan for this board?

I bought a set of 3 stainless steel pans for breading food (egg wash, flour and crumbs-or whatever) from WIlliams Somoma. each are about the same size as the drip pan that came with the Boos cutting board.

Q: My boos butcher is starting to split. What can I do about it? Have owned it now for about 1 year.

You have a couple of options. You can go back to where you purchase and have them contact John Boos on your behalf. John Boos will try 1st to send you a free repair kit to fix the split or they can send you a new one. If you don't remember where you purchase you can contact Customer Service.
