This is my second 20 OZ. I like the size. I own 2 30 OZ that have handles on them and they are just to big to use in the car, fine for around the house use.My only disappointment is that when I drop the lid to my other 20 OZ cup. No one seemed to make a replacement for a 20 OZ.So I purchased a new. Of course it leaves me a mug with out a lid, keeping it but not sure without a lid how I will use it.My suggestion would be include an extra lid, just in case someone like me drops the lid and it cracks and can no longer be used.Other thenm I highly recommend is 20 OZ for hose who want something a little smaller the a 30 Oz

I love these cups! We live in a very hot climate and the ice lasts all day long in these cup. I have had other cups that said they would keep drinks cold all day but was always disappointed...not with these they are the real deal! The only minor problem with these cups is the O-ring that is a little hard to clean. I would definitely buy them again. I haven't used them for coffee but would expect that it would stay hot for a long time.

It was almost a 5 but the overall finish quality wasn't quite there. Only downside is that it is a one of a kind, so no accessories work but at least it came with a slide lid. It does keep ice as well as my Ozark Trail and RTIC cups.

I was a bit OCD and a bit Goldielocks when shopping for a stainless steel mug, trying the 24 oz Basule, and other other brads for a16 oz, 32 oz mug. The Basule is the best size, and keeps my drink cold longer than the others. The other brand 32 oz is too large for picking up and does not fit well in my car cup holder. The only complaint that I have for the Basule is that the straw hole is too small for the stainless steel straw I bought, so I am using plastic ones instead.

It's a great tumbler, very well made and keeps beverages cold or hot for a long time. The 24 ounce capacity is the perfect amount for me, as I find 20 ounces too little and 30 ounces to much. I only wish I can find a handle that works for it. Have tried both those made for 20 ounces (too small) and 30 ounces (too big) Any tips would be appreciated.

Best one of 9 I bought because it has a sealing slit for drinking so it keeps be cold or warm while others only have a non-sealing hole so it doesn't keep drinks cold. It's all in the lid, even if SS is 18/10

Really keeps liquids hot and cold. Like the closing lid a lot.

Works well, I just wish it fit the cup holder in my car
