Of all things I’ve ever owned, these braces offer the best returns on investment ever. The pair I bought four years ago on Jan 2017 are still very much effective today. I wear them every single time I run, I have run several marathons wearing them, and I average 800 miles a year. So I have run over 3200 miles wearing this brace, no sign of wear and tear or reduced effectiveness.The Velcro and strap design ensure you can adjust to your comfort level. With its slim profile and breathable fabric, it’s not hot and uncomfortable, and you don’t remember you’re wearing a knee brace even on a long run. I used to experience knee pain that several doctors couldn’t figure out. The only way I could run was to wear a brace. Now the pain is gone, though I can’t explain what therapy the brace induced.My job takes me traveling, so I’ve run everywhere from east coast to the west and in between. Countless times, strangers have stopped me to ask if the brace is effective against knee pain. I am always glad to recommend and show them a link to Amazon listing page.

I recently strained one of my knees. I was going to physical therapy and it was recommended that this would help to stabilize it. It did! My only suggestion is not to wear for long periods. It made my knee sore.

These things get ridiculously tight thanks to their design. I haven't seen any other knee braces that have this double strap thing. The thinner strap is not a stretchy material, so whatever you lock it in at is where it's going to stay. The thicker strap acts more as padding because without it the thinner one would dig into your skin. If you're looking for straps that can get the TIGHTEST, this is the one you want.

I've got subluxing patellas (for about 20 yrs now), & in recent yrs, osteoarthritis in both knees,, in particular my right knee. As fate would have it, I've also injured this knee several times over the yrs. - but the OA is what's proven to be the biggest problem. I've used several different styles of sleeve knee braces off & on for a long time now, but find them no longer helpful.My orthopedic doc recommended knee replacement, but also suggested I try to hold onto my "own" knee(s) as long as I can use them 😬 Meanwhile, I have recently had good luck with the Supartz injections - also commonly known as chicken-grease by many in the business. SO, after nearly 5 1/2 mos. now, I'm getting by quite well with this type of minimal brace - but have found the *Ipow* the best by far of the 3 diff ones I've tried, & it's available in a pack of 2, @ about $12.The "Senteq" is attractive in color, & *appears* to be structurally well made from the photos, but in fact is flimsy on the support side - & the strap, being thin & also flimsy, does NOT keep the front support piece in place, except for a couple min. It's just an inferior product, when u consider what else is available. These things are so important to people like me, looking for workable solutions to maintain comfortable mobility as long as we possibly can!Thanks ~

I have Osteoarthritis in both knees, one is more severe than the other. I have bought many different knee support appliances and they all have let me down. I was sure about this one when I saw it, but it did have good reviews and it was FDA approved. As soon as I received it I put it on. A very simple process. After walking around for about 15 minutes I was ready to give it a try on my Elliptical training machine! Low and behold I had no pain in my knee. I was amazed. I kept it on for the rest of the day and it was very comfortable and stayed in place. Also it's not bulky like some support braces. I will order another one so I can wear it on both knees. I highly recommend this Knee Strap.

It's not as comfortable as I had hoped. It slips down my knee and when I tighten it so that it won't slip, it hurts. I have only tried a couple of times but will definitely try again as I have a lot of knee pain. :(
