I would still buy this again
I love the hardware it's a great idea however the software is still needs a lot of improve syncing issues are better however they still have an issue from time to time and when I left my Bluetooth off for a week straight just to see if it would lose the time that is stored with no power outages or anything like that it lost for hours randomly luckily I was in the room when it happened and I noticed it then I connected to Bluetooth recently with the app and got the correct time I don't know why it lost the correct time because nothing changed it didn't lose power I really wish they will they will fix this cuz it is a very nice peace to be in the bedroom it is worth every penny but they have to improve the software and please for the love of God make it so it doesn't lose time randomly by itself would nothing's connected to it for x amount of time that is just stupid and I really wish you can customize the buttons like the snooze button for instance to use with other alarm clock apps to silence and dismiss those apps I would really like that feature because that would that's all that's missing from this that would make this super duper awesome is better customisation other than that oh yeah and Porte USB 1 amp and USB 2.1 amp get rid of the USB 1 amp it's useless get rid of the USB 2.1 amp replace it with a Quick Charge 3.0 A&R 2.4 amps x 2 that would be perfect and I mean worth it also it would be very nice if they had a battery backup of some sort just in case those random power outages happen when you're sleeping I understand you can use the service port to add a power pack but come on get with the program just add the battery make whatever adjustments you need I just depressed if you have two people will pay it if it has the great features and if the software glitches are ironed out completely understand you can't get all of them but the basic basic functions like keeping the correct time when nothing's connected to it you need to fix this it needs to happen it's a great piece of equipment again I would still buy this again but you need a backup alarm of some sort also the app only gives you an option for a maximum of four alarms for most people that's enough sure no problem however why for why that makes no sense give us the ability to go unlimited options people options give us full control make it super-easy to use with other apps customize every button with other apps all sorts of things it will sell you don't know what you're missing

Great Tech Savvy Alarm Clock
I have been looking for the perfect alarm clock for several years. My criteria has been the following: atomic clock, USB charging, multiple alarms with specific day of the week settings, automatic daylight savings adjustment, and bluetooth speaker capability. I previously had a Sangean atomic clock that lacked most of the features I wanted but was a good solid clock, but the blue display light was too bright. Through my searches I came across the BEDDI. It had a few negative reviews with regard to the various settings but I consider myself to be fairly tech savvy so I decided to give it a try. I picked the BEDDI over the BEDDI glow not so much for the additional features but because I proffered its overall aesthetics. I can see how the BEDDI would be difficult for people that are not overly confident with the use of smartphones to set up, but I had no problems with it. I even updated the firmware (although Norton had quarantined the installer) - which my only complaint was that I lost my original settings before the firmware update and had to reset everything. From my limited use, I really love the functionality and ability to customize the settings to exactly my preferences. This is more of a nerd's alarm clock for those nerds that don't want to just use their smartphones. The bluetooth speakers sound good and the LED mood lighting is pretty neat. I am still adjusting to the light coming on before the alarm (I have it set at 1 minute, but would actually prefer to have no delay with it, but that is currently not an option). It seems like the company is fairly responsive in responding to customers and adding new features which is really nice to see. Since the clock is already capable of providing the weather, it might be nice to add some weather alert capabilities as well for those that want it. Overall, I am very pleased with this clock and it is the closest thing I have found to my ideal alarm clock.

Save your money
I write this review on my way to work, late - AGAIN - because my Beddi did not go off this morning. I took a gamble on this being a new product and that gamble has NOT paid off.Pros: looks alright on the night stand. Has a charge port for my phone and a little bed for it to sit in.Cons: where do I begin.First and foremost, they first shipped the white when I ordered the black. I returned at cost to me (I'm in Canada, returns were neither free nor easy) and then was shipped the white one AGAIN. I just settled at that point. The app - oh what a way to squander your kickstarter money, Witti Design. What an ugly piece of garbage this thing is. It looks like the beta test of someone who learned Swift yesterday. It's ugly, it's useless, and it blows my mind that this company continues to invest in more and more in hardware development as opposed to fixing the app.The alarm clock - do you have places to go and people to see and things to do? Do you like gambling on the chance to see those people and do those things and get to those places? Then buy this thing. Because whenever it randomly decides to, your alarm simply won't go off. It's exciting, almost. If you're considering this, or other Witti Design products - DON'T. Do yourself a favor, order a $10 alarm clock that you know will work, even if it annoys the hell out of you to wake you up. Then take the other $90 and spend it on your spouse, on yourself, donate it to charity, anything - but don't spend it on this piece of garbage. 8 months later, you'll be glad you did.I would give this 1* because it simply doesn't work consistently but I gave it 2* because it does look alright and it does charge my phone. But so does the little white transformer thingy that Apple gave me with my phone.
