yummy
This arrived as expected and when expected. Good packing- kept fresh while I was eating it. I really enjoyed these. They are crunchy and sweet with a nice coconut flavor and are a nice alternative to other snacks. Keep in mind that these are pretty small pieces, so they aren't big chips or anything. They are more like 1/2 by 1/4 inch if not broken. I sprinkled some of the smallest pieces at the end of the bag on a cake I was making and they held their crunch and was quiet good. The only downfall for me was the high cost which will keep me from purchasing these regularly.

I've decided I can live without them, but others may have a different risk-reward ratio.
I had room in my Prime Pantry box for one addtional small item. I remembered that these Coconut Chips tasted surprisingly good--not that they're irresistible, especially to someone who's never cared much for "fresh and raw" coconut meat (or juice)--but slicing them thin and toasting them overcame any previous aversion to coconut. But this time I checked the ingredients. Let's be honest. Most consumers will more than likely see this small, 1.4 oz bag as a single serving. A single oz. of this product contains a full 10 grams of fat--not "good" fat but saturated fat which, according to a best-selling book like Caldwell Esselstyn's "Prevent Heart Disease," is the primary culprit in this national epidemic. The most effective way of preventing heart disease (along with the course of statin drugs and even surgery) is, according to Dr. Esselstyn, to eliminate saturated fat altogether. If you're a male over 60 with any history of heart disease in your family, you should know that the pictured bag contains 70% of the official "minimal daily requirement" of saturated fat. I usually balk at anything over 5%. Your tolerance may be far greater than mine and the reward may outweigh the risk. On the other hand, if you've already had an omelet for breakfast followed by a Big Mac for lunch and a pizza for dinner, these chips will look and taste just as good at a later date.

Vegan, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free.
The media could not be loaded. Coming from a family full of people with food sensitivities and allergies, it can be hard to find snacks and treats that are friendly for everyone as well as fairly healthy. The 'dang" toasted coconut chips have not only met, but, exceeded my expectations. They are Gluten Free, Vegan, no cholesterol, Dairy Free and Non GMO. They are literally safe for my entire family.they come in strips that are similar in shape and size to tortilla strips. They have a sweet and buttery coconut flavor that is to die for. Also, they have a lot of crunch. These would be great to mix into salads, to top ice cream and yogurt, or, just plain. You could also make a killer trail mix using these. You get 1.4 servings per 1.43 oz bag. That may not sund like much, but, it is actually quite a bit per serving. There is no trans fat and only 165 calories per serving. These are best fresh from an unopened package, but, if they should lose their crunch, you just pop them in the fridge and they will regain their crunch. Incredible snack. I am hooked.

Tasty alternative for snacking...
I wasn't expecting to like these so much when I added them to my Prime Pantry box, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. They're not overly sweet and you do get that rich coconut flavor. I especially like the crisp texture. This is definitely an alternative if you're trying to get away from more unhealthy snacks, but please be aware that these do contain added sugar.

Great coconut flavor.
These are crispy and crunchy, without being too hard, slightly sweet, have very buttery toasted coconut flavor, and shipped quite well from prime pantry. Some of the pieces are nearly 2 inches long. Some are smaller, but there isn't really crumbly dust in the bottom. They do have cane sugar and salt added. However they are neither overpoweringly sweet or salty. In addition to that, they do have quite a bit of saturated fats, but that is natural for a coconut product. There is no added oil or anything. Ingredients are simple. Coconut, cane sugar, salt. They're also non-gmo project verified. All in all, for me, they're a very tasty little treat. They have a very good coconut flavor. You can eat them alone, put them in homemade trail mix or granola, or my favorite, add them to bananas and milk for breakfast. They have a really good form for just about any use.

I like these, no question
I like these, no question. The only reason I didn't give them a full five stars is there's this slight aftertaste that I'm not sure complements the product. Regardless, I'll still order more so it can't be THAT much of an issue.

Mildly sweet, plenty of coconut flavor, and crispy
I saw these in a local grocery and considered buying them. I like coconut and the idea of coconut chips sounded pretty good. These far exceeded my expectations. The pieces vary in size, but most are about the size of an adult fingernail or a dime or nickel. They are crispy but not really crunchy. They are mildly sweet and have a nice toasted flavor. It took an act of extreme willpower not to gobble down the whole bag in a minute or two. A very nice, and probably healthy (compared to other things I eat) alternative. I recommend them and will be buying more soon.

So Good!
These are Dang Good. But seriously, that's a really small pack for the price. I'd give them 10 stars for deliciousness and 1 star for value - so I'm compromising at 4. Dang Good but definitely a splurge.
