Since crystals and stones are porous, no matter how thoroughly I cleaned mine, they always seemed “off.” Sometimes dirty or even brittle. My one before this was jade and it broke into several pieces. This one is totally different and I am so happy about that. The metal is cool, which I find very soothing. It’s held up wonderfully. I don’t have to ever worry about it breaking or chipping. I love the quality of it. It came with a small pouch which makes it convenient to take with me anywhere I travel to. My skincare doesn’t have to be on “pause” just because I’m traveling and I don’t have to worry about it getting dirty. I even feel more comfortable using it at home because I’m confident it’s staying sanitary. It’s very easy to use and I feel like it glides even better because of the material it’s made of. It’s so easy to clean and I haven’t been breaking out like I did with my jade one. Great product.
