E-Z-GUTTER GUARD EZQ610 E-Z Quick Aluminum Mesh Guards (for 6" gutters), Silver

I cleaned my gutters. I cleaned the downspout to insure free flow of water. I installed the screens in 4 foot sections for a total of 48 feet on the gutters on my garage. The screens were so easy to put on. No screws. No drilling. Just put them in place and pop them in. Could not believe how easy they were to install. Dont get ripped off by gutter screens you see advertised on tv. They will rip you off for thousands of dollars. For a fraction of the cost you can install these screens. If you can can safely reach your gutters you can install these. If i can do it you can do it. The boxes come with 10 screens in 4 feet sections. I wish the manufacturer made a box that had less quantity. I needed an additional 8 feet and had to buy a box of 40 feet. We will see how well they hold up in the weather and remain in place. Time will tell. In the meantime, well worth the cost. Good luck.

These work in my six inch k style gutters perfectly. Installed in just a few minutes with no tools required except for tin snips to cut the last piece. Not using tools at the top of an extension ladder was great. Might not be perfect defense against pine needles but all I have to worry about are typical deciduous leaves and helicopters. When installing, start at your far right and keep the little tab to the left at all times. Work toward your left. I am really happy with the ease of installation and with the effectiveness. Can't really be seen from the ground. All aluminum will never rust. Seriously doubt that high winds could dislodge these except in the case if winds that are ripping off your roof. In that case your gutter guards are the least of your concerns.

After trying the plastic version from the big box store without any good results, I tried these units. Much better results. Getting the first few into place was interesting when they meet up, but after a few different ideas, I just overlapped them about 1/4" and used a small hook tool to pull up on the lower one to keep any gaps from forming. After this winter, the gutters are basically clean and free flowing and the leaves that usually get trapped in them are on the ground where they belong :)

Keeping out most of the rubbish.Worth the investment.

After installing most of the 40 foot section I noticed that it was installed backwards. There are NO instructions that inform you other than in some of the product reviews by the manufacturer. For a product that is made in America, I am incredibly disappointed that the instructions are poor and the product does not match the picture (I often see this from other countries). Yes they tell you how to install but not which side the overlap tab should be (left or right side) because it no longer matches the installation drawing. Now I must get on the ladder, possibly bend the product removing it, reform and try again. The first box was damaged and was returned. The second also damaged but not as bad as the first. Made in America should be better!Manufacturer - revise installation instructions to match actual product contained in the box.

I ordered this version (steel mesh) and the powder coated version. The powder coated is much thicker, higher quality. This is thin and seems like it will rust immediately. Unfortunately the powder coated was sent in the wrong size and is only available in black. This was easy to installUpdate 12/23 - I added 2 stars because it works extremely well.

This is a good product but E-Z-Gutter is intentionally misleading customers with the product length. They state 4' sections, for a total of 40' for 10 sections. In fact, these are 45" sections vs 48" --- which includes a 1" interlock. Since you will want to use the interlock (it's why the put it in), your effective length is actually 44" inches per section, for a total of 36.7'. Why would they state 40' of coverage when it's physically impossible to achieve 40' of coverage? You could add gaps to have the product span 40' - but the whole reason is to cover your gutters - why would you want to have gaps? E-Z Gutter, please correct your desription and not mislead people, or include an eleventh piece to actually provide the coverage you state.

We purchased these gutter guards to be installed on our new gutters. They seemed to be easy to install and look great. The water does flow through the grates easily.
