Even though these these gloves are a little large for my hands, it doesn’t matter. They do a wonderful job, keeping the heat out, especially when I cook corn on the cob in the microwave. I can take it right out of the microwave and pull the husk off with no discomfort whatsoever, I would definitely recommend them.

Very hard to get your fingers in the finger holes, but I also have very short fingers, so that could be a personal issue. They are a lot easier to use than the regular mitts. They allow you to have a stronger grip on the pan/tray. They are high quality but not the highest quality ones ive used, but for the price, that is expected! The grips on the gloves are SO helpful. I purchased them for a Father's Day present, and my dad used to be a chef and own his own restaurant, and he loves them! It says a lot for him to like kitchen products! Ive only had them for about a month, so I can't speak to their longevity, but for now, they are going well! I use them for baking, candying, etc. because im not a griller, but my dad uses them for everything you could need heat protection for!

These BBQ gloves are exactly what I was looking for, an excellent blend of heat resistance, comfort, and functionality. I really wanted something made from cloth material for easy on-and-off access, but that still offered enough grip and flexibility to handle things like grill grates, pans, and other cookware without a fuss, and these absolutely deliver. They’ve held up to high grilling temps without any issue, so they seem durable, they're easy to use, and easy to clean, and the silicone grip patterns provide solid traction exactly where you need it. I have larger hands, and the fit was great, snug but not tight, with just enough stretch inside to accommodate a range of hand sizes comfortably. You can feel the internal padding, but it doesn’t hinder dexterity greatly, which is impressive given the level of heat protection. All in all, especially for the price, they're a fantastic grilling companion and a solid choice for anyone who wants a bit more confidence around the high heat items. Would recommend!

Gloves are nice and grippy, they block the heat well when needing to grab and shift something’s on the smoker or grill. They don’t block heat the greatest. I grabbed something from the grill or smoker to move it inside the house like 20 feet, it didn’t burn me, but I could start feeling some heat through the gloves.

I wanted a smaller size glove for women but with the long wrist. I gave up on finding any that had decent reviews. I bought these because reviews indicated they were a bit smaller than some. The fingers do seem to be a bit thinner, but the gloves themselves are far wider than the gloves I’m replacing (no longer available). I just got them so I can’t comment on long term quality. They seem well made. They’re very flexible so even though they’re clumsy, they are functional.

I’ve gone through plenty of standard oven mitts, but these QUWIN BBQ Gloves are in a completely different league. If you do a lot of high-heat grilling or Dutch oven baking, these are essential. Why I’m impressed: Extreme Heat Resistance: These are rated for up to 1472°F, which is incredible. I can move hot grill grates or rearrange burning logs in the smoker without feeling a thing. No-Slip Grip: The silicone strip design provides a much more secure grip than fabric or leather. I feel much more confident carrying heavy, grease-slicked cast iron pans. Better Dexterity: Unlike bulky mitts, the five-finger design lets you actually use your hands. I can handle tongs, thermometers, and small grill accessories with ease. Great Coverage: The extra-long cuffs are a lifesaver for protecting my wrists and forearms when I’m reaching deep into a hot oven or over a flare-up on the grill. One thing to note: Like most aramid fiber gloves, these are not waterproof. Don’t use them to pull corn out of boiling water or handle items with hot steam, as the moisture will transfer the heat directly to your skin. Overall: These are well-made, comfortable, and offer peace of mind when working with extreme temperatures. They are also machine washable, which is a huge plus after a messy BBQ session.

A year ago I suffered a stroke during heart surgery. As a result I lost feeling, control, and movement of my right side. These gloves have made it so easy and possible for me to cook and bake again. The size is decent for an average sized hand. They allow to reach in and grab hot bakeware from a hot oven. The gloves help keep the heat away from burning my hands and the grip allows for a much better grasp. The quality is excellent, they serve their intended purpose and are affordable.

Felt heat taking baking sheet out of the oven between the silicone stripes on the gloves. They work but I guess you have to be really careful how you grab things. My last pair which was a different brand didn’t have this issue.
