I've been buying it for years and l am so impressed. Tile, grout, and tubs look new. I used a regular scrub brush on the tile floor, (4" octoginal) let it sit for 5 minutes and rinsed. Didnt even know the grout was originaly white. Tile and tubs shined. The fumes are not as bad as some products, l'd liken it to bleach, but works so much better. Review: Very effective in removing iron stains, but pricey. - I dislike the price. I used to buy a gallon from the manufacturer, Prime Solutions, for about $50. This lasted a year. They no longer sell it, so I have to pay desertcart about $32 for 20 oz. It's a great product and the only one I have found which removes iron stains from my fixtures.

The "BEST" Product Ever!
Perhaps the best shower cleaner that I have ever used! It cleaned the dirty stains right out of the grout in the shower and the rust build up in my sink and toilets. It's a little over priced but worth it.

Strong and mighty
Great at cleaning tough stains, rust, etc in toilets. I dilute this into a squirt bottle and seems to work fine. The price is obviously very pricey

Works well
I purchased this product for a difficult shower that needed some DEEP cleaning. It worked wonders! Kind of harsh so you should probably wear gloves but looked great afterwards and I have been able to use regular cleaning products since just to maintain its cleanliness.

Didn't work at all. Very disappointed. Used it straight. Let it set for 15 minutes and scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed. Nothing. Got taken for a ride on this one. Zap didn't do ZIP! Just another failure in my hunt for a tile cleaner and restorer.
