Fungerar mindre än ettt år sedan är den trasig. Går sönder inuti mekanismen. 3 st har jag köpt nu. Sista höll ca 2 veckor innan den började att krångla. Mekanismen är för klen och bandet går i sönder efter ett tag. Aldrig ens diskad i maskin. Superbra maskin så länge den fungerar.

Der Chef'n VeggiChop hat sich in meiner Küche schnell als unverzichtbares Werkzeug erwiesen. Dieser handbetriebene Gemüseschneider ist nicht nur äußerst effizient, sondern auch äußerst vielseitig einsetzbar. Das Design ist einfach, aber durchdacht. Durch den Seilzugmechanismus kann ich Gemüse, Knoblauch, Nüsse und vieles mehr in Sekundenschnelle zerkleinern, ohne dabei auf eine Steckdose angewiesen zu sein. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht und erfordert nur wenige Handgriffe. Die Qualität des Materials ist hervorragend. Der Gemüseschneider besteht aus robustem Kunststoff, der langlebig und leicht zu reinigen ist. Auch nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch behält er seine Funktionalität und Schnittleistung bei. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Vielseitigkeit dieses Küchenwerkzeugs. Ich kann damit nicht nur Gemüse für Salate und Suppen zerkleinern, sondern auch Knoblauch für Saucen oder Nüsse für Desserts. Er ist ein wahrer Alleskönner in meiner Küche. Insgesamt bin ich vom Chef'n VeggiChop begeistert und kann ihn allen empfehlen, die nach einem effizienten und vielseitigen Gemüseschneider suchen. Er spart Zeit und Aufwand beim Kochen und erleichtert mir die Zubereitung meiner Lieblingsgerichte.

I'm probably one of a handful of users/reviewers who really appreciate this little gadget because I'm 100% off grid, I'm all solar powered so it's nice to have a human powered chopper. It's a little complicated looking, but once everything is apart and I figured out I don't need most of the parts, just the blade, the cup and the top. I have used it for chopping onions and peppers so far, oh and I did use it it chop some already shredded carrots to make them even smaller so I could sneak it into a meatloaf without anyone really noticing, I think I got away with it, LOL. I'd say it works and works well for my purposes, it's much easier than dragging out my bigger chopper, and the fact that it works with human power instead of tapping into my stored photons (solar and batteries) is a huge plus for me. I was surprised at how fast and easy it was to use. Cleanup is a bit more difficult, it has these ridges inside the l cup, I understand why they put them in there, it helps with the chopping process, otherwise the food to be chopped would just spin around inside the cut instead of being l chopped up. With those ridges in place though, you can't easily scrape out the bowl, it's just what it is. You also can't submerge the top, the part with the handle and rope, if you get water inside of the lid, it will be nearly impossible to get it fully dry in there, potentially ruining the whole thing, so do yourself a favor and don't toss it in the sink or put that part in the dishwasher. It wipes out easy enough, the rest of it may be dishwasher safe, since I don't own a dishwasher (unless you count my hands) so it's not an issue for me. The meatloaf I made the other night, it was really nice to mince the onions and peppers down as fine as it got, normally I just hand chop the veg and they are never uniform or very fine, this time my meatloaf was beautiful and flavorful without biting into larger chunks of onion and pepper, everything cooked evenly. This would be great for going camping, your off grid cabin or for your own kitchen

This small device is so convenient to use to chop vegetables into pieces. If you want to mince them just keep pulling the top until they are the size needed. Works great for carrots, onions. Easy to clean and takes up less space then traditional food processors.

This hand-powered Veggichop is simple and compact, basically a mid-sized soup-bowl with a lid and blades! This hand-powered food processor (yeah, no electricity required folks) makes delicious dressings and easy Vegetarian/Vegan meals! Although, I have just been using it for a short time, I use it almost daily! I can appreciate the ease of use to get it ready, no messy long wires and strange plugs like a full-sized food processor :D. No need to haul and lug around that clunky, but efficient, electric food processor. This is the "guilt-free and grid-free" option to making your favorite fresh homemade salsas, pesto's and 'chunky' but funky hummus. However, the hummus does not seem to get down to a 'fine grain' like it's 'electric counter-part' produces, no pun intended (get it 'kitchen counter-part' lol). The dishes are tasty nonetheless, maybe try different fresh ingredients to get other results?! You can easily use this Chopper for fresh tomato pasta sauces, salsas or simple dressings, like my world famous 'Avocado-Coco" dressing! Take a 'Cauliflower head' and make some instant "Cauliflower-rice' for quick low-carb rice substitute. I mean why eat regular long grain Basmati rice, when you can have fresh Cauliflower rice at a minutes notice? Also perfect for mukbang.
