These wheels are great however, i have bought this item 6 times in the last year and every single one of them, bar the very first set, has come without the advertised bolts and spanner and only with the wood screws, floating randomly around in the bag / box. Not only is this dangerous, i've poked myself a few times opening the bags, but also mismarketing
