What size of hoop should a size 6 dress wear?

You may want to go with the smaller one. I bought the 7-13 year for a 10 year old that wears a size 8 in the waist and we still had to tie it pretty tightly.

I need one for my 16 year old daughter..what size should I get

It should show the size according to the age.

Can I return this item?

It has a drawstring waist but probably will be to long
