All the reviews are from amazon vine voice. how can these be unbiased reviews? especially for something so expensive.

I am a Vine Voice reviewer and I still only gave it 3 stars. As a toothbrush it is great, and the carrying case is nice. But is it $200 BETTER than the model just below it? No, it is purely a "I am rich and want a rich person's toothbrush". Also, Vine Voices still have to pay taxes on the product received. In taxes this cost as much as the second best model, so Vine Voice folks are not going to get this and give it a highly rated review if they don't like it... at least I wouldn't.

Does Sonicare make a “compact size” replacement head for this toothbrush!

Hello! Yes, you may use the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Compact Brush Heads HX6074/26 for the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige toothbrush.

How does this compare to the model 9700, what are the main differences?

Hello! The Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige toothbrush is our most advanced electric toothbrush always gets you, sensing your brushing style and adapting to you as you clean with the Premium All-in-One brush head. Unlike the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart series, the Prestige comes with Premium All-in-One brush head that is our all-time best and the only thing you need to achieve cleaner, whiter teeth and healthier gums. It comes with 1 button that has no visible gaps and it joins between the button and handle.

Can a brush charging with a previous version charger (9300 Glass charger)?. Is it compatible?

Yup!! I bought the 9900 for my girlfriend, the one with the glass charger for me (9750?). Her 9900 charges beautifully in my glass charger.
