Can you add 10 lbs to the rack when you outgrow the 3 lbs or will the slots not be able to hold different sizes?

Yes the rack can hold a 10 lb set of dumbbells

What are the dimensions of the stand?

The stand is 11 in. high, 12 in. wide, & 3 in. deep w/o the weights which are about 8 in. long. Hope this helps.

The stand arrived broken upon the delivery. Should I send the whole thing back and get a replacement or I can get just a stand replacement?

If you really like the weights, I suggest asking for just a stand replacement. Keep it simple.

I never received my dumbbells. I did however receive an email saying that my order may have been lost. How do I get a refund?

To get a refund, you must first sign into your account. The main key is to locate your order and click on it. Then, you can follow the procedure for "return or replace items". It's no hassle, but it must be done in a timely manner. All orders have a time window of when you can request an exchange or refund.
