This pack is 20 liters and can hold a 3L reservoir.

Can I set men’s toiletries kit in the bottom of the back. I fly with numerous meds. So this is important to me

Depends on the size of the kit. The bottom of the main compartment is about 8.5” by 4” at the very bottom. Give or take a half inch here or there. Hope that helps.

What size Osprey rain cover would fit this pack?

The Osprey Hi-Visibility Rain Cover would be best. The size XS will fit snug. The size S will fit a bit loose. We would recommend the XS unless you know that you will have many items attached to the outside of the pack.

Will i be able to fit a dslr and a lens in this pack?

It’s possible, but it might not be idea. The pack is better for books than bulky stuff
