Melt on your tongue capsules at a great price
I find these very easy to take. The very small capsules melt on or under your tongue. There is very little taste. I have noticed a positive impact on my sleep quality so I would say they are effective. I only need to take one before settling down to sleep. I think the price is really good value for their quality and effectiveness. Taken nightly the quality of my sleep is noticeable.

le capsule che ho comprato erano per i miei genitori che mi hanno garantito che funzionano veramente, non fanno miracoli ma riescono a dormire un paio di ore in più, l'unica cosa negativa è che appena smetti di prenderle l'insonnia ritorna. ottime perchè è un prodotto assolutamente naturale. il prezzo è allettante perchè le capsule sono 28, in giro allo stesso prezzo sono 12. spedizione tramite posta nei tempi stabiliti.

Great we’re back to sleep
Please help me while sleeping off my graveyard shift, fatigue. If I wake up after a couple hours of sleeping, I just dissolved one in my tongue and go back to sleep for a few more hours without any groins or side effects.!
