Great upgrade for your printer
I'm using this on my Creality Ender 3 v2 after changing the hotend back to stock from the Micro Swiss hotend. The dumb screw that held in the old thermometer ended up cutting the wires, and the 100k 3950 probes I ordered for my filament recycling project just would not work in Klipper. Luckily, the connector on this probe was the same as the one I already ran for the 100k, so installation was even easier! This just screws into the old screw hole for the screw that ruined my old probe, so I never have to worry about that problem again. Another great plus is the face that the probe is encased in brass, so it's not as exposed as the standard probe, and should last as long as my printer.

Worth the upgrade!
Works great! Really should be the default thermistor for hot ends. I was using the original (glass) thermistor and constantly having errors with either thermal runaway, or "hot end temperature too low". After upgrading to these thermistors, and running a PID tune with Ponterface, I am (so far) having great luck with printing PA6-CF (carbon fiber) with my Ender3v2. Pair this with a 70W heater block and it's smooth sailing. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Wish it was free shipping, but I ordered 4 to make it worth it.

BEST.UPGRADE.EVER
Holy Cow! This is YEARS ahead of the small glass bead and fragile wire thermistor my Ender 5 came with, that broke... this one easily screwed into the spot meant for the screw to hold in the old style thermistor wire. The strain relief is a metal spring which bends and supports like behind held by an angel... this is one of the best replacement/upgrades I've done... and my Ender 5 has had basically every part replaced at this point from the hotend, down to the motherboard. This is PERFECT! 10 stars!

Needs a tweak but it works
The connector that comes with it was wrong for my 3D printer. However the correct one was on the longer cable. So I cut both off and swapped them. It would be better if it was easier to swap.

Not M3, doesn’t work for Ender 3
This is an 8-32 thread, not M3. Standard, not metric. Way too big for the set screw hole in my Ender 3 heater block. Also required me to edit my firmware which required me to learn how to edit my firmware. Had to drill and tap an 8-32 hole to get it to fit. After all that, the sensor was defective. I guess the big black “X” written in sharpie on it out of the packaging should have been a clue. Really disappointed that I wasted so much time with this thing. Replacement should be here soon. I will update if the experience is better.

Stop breaking bulbs
The threaded portion of this works amazing, the glass thermistors are a flaw in cheap printers. Only caution I have is I sold my ender 3 to a friend and he had temp sensor errors, we think he might have had small breaks happen at the 2 pin connector.

Double check
Search said this fits the rapido 2.... it does not. It's too small

Perfect fit for a Mosquito.
Super easy to install, fits perfectly in the hot end, and is accurate for what it is. I've been using it for the past few months without issue, and would definitely purchase again if I needed to do so.

Cable is nowhere near 1m long, it does not fit Ender 3 max so it’s completely useless.
Description says the extender cable is 1m long. It’s not, it’s about 30cm which means the gantry cannot go to even half its height without pulling on the cable. Completely and utterly useless. What is the point mate?

Bin begeistert.
