Solid chair, sub-par instructions
I have been working from home for for a while now, and my conventional office chair seemed fine. Recently, I managed to hurt my back and was looking for a better chair to help with my back issues. I upgraded to a more high end chair a couple of weeks ago, but even that felt a bit lacking. So I thought I would try this one. This is definitely better for my back, better than the new conventional office chair I was using. It is a solid chair, and much more comfortable than I expected. Parts quality is great - solid wood legs (beech, I think), and very comfortable cushions. The assembled chair is good - doesn't wobble, and just stays in place. I was a bit worried about unexpected movements with the castors - the chair stays put, exactly the way I wanted. That said: this style of the chair may not be for everyone, and takes some getting used to. And now to the assembly: Instructions could be better is an understatement. Looking at the other reviews I was was prepared to do some drilling/other adjustments. However, it was not needed at all (or may be I was just lucky?), and all the parts fit well, after you figure out the right way around :) Over all, very pleased with my purchase. If you're looking for a kneeling chair, and don't mind the lack of instructions, this is a solid buy.

Good working seat
I use it for laptop work. I am short but I can still find the right knee/seat position. You still need to be consciously thinking about your posture but it sure helps to remind you to readjust yourself which is why it is 4 stars from me. It was a bit tricky to put together and I like the wheels. I use it to edit videos because I can't use it for sewing because my foot is in the wrong place for the foot pedal but at least half my day is in a better position.

Do not buy. Not fit for purpose
When I originally bought the chair in June or July, I left the review below. I removed the wheels and used it. BUT, I soon realised my knees for some reason were not level, even though I used the chair as per instructions and sought additional advice elsewhere. Turns out I built the chair as per the explicit instructions, but when I examined the seat, it locates itself in the corrected screw holes but NOT aligned horizontally or vertically. So I been using the chair and no doubt it’s been messing with my alignment for months. So based on this, steer clear of this chair. Mass production is fine, but if it’s not aligned properly the. It can do you som serious damage. I removed the screws in the pic because I thought I could realign it properly, but not doable. Straight to the issues when I purchased my chair. When the legs were screwed on as directed, they were not level. Attention to instruction could be better. There is a directive in phase 2 of creation. It’s simple enough to add the bits. But looking at the diagram it does not instruct you to turn the part by 180 degrees when fitting to other major part. Instructions need to be looked at and rewritten to a standard of IKEA instructions. I say this only as a reference, because I have been creating stuff for my kids for years. Also, the wheels were not 90 degrees to the horizontal. And that added to the imbalance especially on a hard surface. In addition I found out why my chair was so imbalanced. One of the metal bolts screwed into wood was screwed in too far by company. Wood has split. See photo

A real review from a long time kneeling chair user.
It is what you pay for. Give the extra money for a better item. Assembly is not difficult!! If you can put Ikea furniture together you will be fine. Everything fits where it is suppose to. Yes, I did have to move one of the bars for the wheels around but there is a very clear sticker, showing you what you need to do if the wheels are wrong. The seat is quiet low. I use it for technical drawing and it's perfect. For my nail tech work it's not high enough to be over a hand properly. So I recommend considering seat height for work requirements. Seat is comfortable but the knee padding could be more generous. If I am using it for longer than an hour, I add a blanket at my knees. The wheels don't work very well on our timber floors. If you want to be able to move on the chair, definitely choose a different brand. For anyone with sight issues, the assembly instructions are very small and the screws sizing is not as clearly outlined as you would see on Ikea products but there isn't many to figure out. I wouldn't buy it again but it will get you out of a jam if you need one quick, cheap and cheerful.

Very good, exceeded expectations
I compared all of the kneeling chairs on Amazing and this design seems to be the most widely available and good budget design. One thing a few different entries had in common was the mixed reviews, but I really think a lot of people must have gone wrong when assembling their products. There's a few parts you could get the wrong way round, and there was an extra picture they included in the box saying to reverse it if you get the wheels in the wrong position. If you are used to assembling furniture and interpreting simple instructions you should be fine. Allow 45min to assemble. The build quality is good, it is very solid and the screws used are heavyweight. The castors are quite large and glide fine, but not overly so - when sitting on the chair you are not sliding around on a laminate floor. On a different review I saw someone said one of the castor screwthreads came out down the line, presumbaly after repeated weight on the chair, but you could simply fix that with a bit of wood glue, easy. I found the design overall to be clever, strong and well crafted. The cushions are a firm, comfortable and deeper than I expected, with a nice upholstered finish. Overall very good value for £55.

Not worth it
The product is mass produced and standardised in a fixed position which means it's not comfortable because it doesn't adjust to body or desk height. Assembly for me was fine. Although I would reccomend looking at different products to this one. For me this has been a waste of money because can not adjust to my build inorder to fix my sitting posture.

Overall good quality but poor manufacturing
It is an incredible good quality product with poor manufacturing. I had to drill the main hole that keep the two parts together because the long screw was not getting from side to side. In the end I have a garage with everything so I just refinish properly the hole and it was ready to go but what a shame, but a chair that you can’t assemble!! Anyway after a bit of work I love it!

Give yourself a gift and fight your inner hunchback!
Wellness Ergonomic Professional Chair Since I was a kid, people have always told me to sit and stand straight. Teachers, family members, even my uncle, who once tried balancing a heavy book on my head to “train” me to walk properly—it was all nonsense to me back then. Unfortunately, old habits die hard. As an adult, I realized how important posture is, both for health and for how we carry ourselves in society. (Nobody wants to hear “Look at that hunchback!”—definitely not the most flattering comment.) That’s why I decided to invest in the Wellness Ergonomic Professional Chair. I bought it to motivate myself to develop better posture and to finally sit and stand straight with confidence. And honestly, at first, it really worked! The design naturally encourages you to keep your back upright and prevents slouching. It gives your body the support it needs to sit properly without feeling stiff or forced. However, over time, I realized that even with the best chair, you still need discipline. I eventually slipped back into my old bad habits when I wasn’t paying attention. So, the chair is a great tool—but it’s not a magic fix. It supports you, but you also have to consciously remind yourself to sit properly. Writing this review now is actually motivating me to try harder again! In terms of the chair itself: • Comfort: It’s very comfortable for long hours of sitting. • Assembly: Super easy to put together. It felt a bit like building an IKEA piece—simple instructions, clear parts, and it didn’t take more than half an hour. • Material: The texture is really nice and soft. I once accidentally spilled some oil on it, but I immediately cleaned it with a proper cleaner and it left no stain at all. You can tell the material is high-quality and durable. • Design: I specifically wanted a chair with wooden parts instead of metal. The wood gives it a warm, natural look. Sometimes it makes a little noise when you move, but honestly, I find it charming—it’s like a reminder that I’m alive and moving! Overall, if you are serious about improving your posture and want a comfortable, stylish chair that nudges you in the right direction, I definitely recommend it. Just remember: motivation has to come from you too! Pros: • Ergonomic design encourages straight posture naturally • Very comfortable for long sitting sessions • Easy and quick assembly (around 30 minutes, IKEA-style) • High-quality material, resistant to stains • Elegant look with wooden parts (warm and natural feel) • Good durability Cons: • Slight wood creaking sounds when moving (but adds character if you like it) • Requires personal discipline—chair helps, but you still need to stay mindful! 🧘🏻
