The water bottle refiller was broken but couldn’t get the exchange or refunded

Don’t use tap water with it
Steamer is nice however the incompatibility with tap water needs to be made much clearer. You have to use distilled/boiled or filtered water which just adds more time to the process.

Good face steamer & diffuser
Really happy with this 4-in-1 Ionic Facial Steamer, Aromatherapy Diffuser, Humidifier, Towel Warmer.I have not really used the towel warmer feature on this as I have not had a reason to yet.The face steamer works really well and gives you decent amount of steam to open up your pores for a deep clean!I have used it as diffuse and again provides good steam into the atmosphere.Overall very impressed with this pretty neat looking unit.
