ThI’m s is so great anti inflammatory. It helped reset things after an endo ablation . I was so bloated and inflamed during recovery . Look up benefits , i cant say enough good things about nettle .

Did you know that in the past, when nettles grew in the spring, they were harvested and cooked, eaten and considered a spring tonic? They are chock full of vitamins and minerals. Our family uses this to help with allergies and menstrual cramps. Nettle is a traditional blood purifier and detoxifier. Yes. I tastes like you have made tea out of grass. Add a bit of honey. Or use one teabag of nettle and one of something sweeter.

I love this tea. I love Traditional Medicine Teas in general. The description on the box is true. I studied 5 years post grad with David Winston, the Founder of the American Herbal Guild (AHG). When I asked about TM teas he said they were excellent and I should continue to use as appropriate. I love the aroma of these herbs and before I use, I pass my nose an inch or so from the bag and right away a go "aaaH!) and feel so good. What I Strongly dislike is now AMAZON packages orders that contain cardboard boxes. Teas ALWAYS OF LATE ALWAYS COME CRUSHED. The teabags are OK but it takes careful maneuvering and occasionally a broken fingernail to get box where I can put is in my pantry shelf without it falling over.

I like this tea. The longer it seeps, the stronger it gets. Hard to find in my local grocer, but I’m glad I can get it through Amazon.
