defective item
Opened the pack and fixed on DVR, it doesn't work at all. Professional technician gave feedback that product is defective and unusable. I don't see the return option and stuck with it now.

هذا المنتج يأتي تالف وبعد إرجاعها يتم بيعه مجدداً دون تغيير المنتج بعض المشاكل هيا 1 - الهار مستخدم من قبل وليس بي جديد مدت العمل في الهارد الذي ارجعته كانت 32000 ساعة 2 - الهارد يحتوي علي باد سكتور بقرا فقط 2T
