Q: Would it work to keep hearing aids in place?

I don't know that I would try that! this is a very persistent adhesive, the best I have ever used, for prosthetics! While this adhesive is great and long lasting, it is also difficult, (not impossible) to remove, it is difficult to remove on flat surfaces, It would be impossible to remove from the earlobe or ear canal! BTW I just tried their solvent, it's fairly expensive, and really doesn't work that well! Alcohol works much better! Note this is a contact adhesive, which means, you apply it to both surfaces, let it dry, then bring the two surfaces together, as soon as they touch they are glued together! This would not work with a slip fit like an ear canal! My suggestion would be to have well fitting ear molds made, they really aren't that expensive!

Q: Would this help keep a bra band from hiking up?

I don't think that would work, in that application! #1 you will never get it out of the fabric! #2 I believe it would be very uncomfortable and may injure or irritate the skin! This is mainly for light prosthetics that are not intended to move!
