I love this hotel towel rack!!
No brainer for the price! I got the brushed nickel, it's perfect. I read a review that stated the screw covers weren't brushed nickel but mine were. It was very easy to install and looks great! My husband even commented on how good it looked...wow! Very happy with the purchase!!!!

Great Product - Wrong Finish Screw Covers
The product fit the area that I had and installation was quick and easy. My only complaint is that my Brushed Nickel Stainless Steel towel rack came with Chrome screw covers. Maybe the wrong parts bag was put in my box. Would really like to get a correct parts bag with the correct Nickel Stainless Steel screw covers.

Amazing to hang up in the bathroom
What I loved about this is it gave my bathroom a hotel kinda look. I hung it up above the toilet & it’s perfect to match your towels up with.

mounting parts inadequate or missing
The shelf is excellent good quality. The bolts to put the shelf together are missing, you will need 4 metric M6 1.00 x 25 pan head bolts. The mounting hardware caps don't fit the screws that are too short. So, after already putting holes in the wall I decided on using 3/16 toggle anchors. The bolts included in the kit look good and nearly match the chrome. The shelf is awesome but a lot of effort to complete. Like I said, I already had holes in the wall when discovering missing and wrong parts. Checking comments, others had similar issues. Hopefully this review will help others remedy the way I did.

I needed this!
I had a small bathroom that needed a towel rack. This was perfect and gave a clean organized look to my bathroom. It is sturdy and made well. Good purchase!

Don't buy it!
This towel shelf was very hard to get square. It did not come pre-assembled. The screws were poorly made (couldn't get the screwdriver in the slot because of debris), and there were caps to cover the screwheads, but there was no way to put them on. Returning it is not an option. What are you going to do once the holes are in the wall?
