well made, works great on my screen door. closed door completely, visually pleasing, easy to install. make sure you use shims to perfectly frame door with some clearance on all sides before installing. instructions on package are poor. door will slightly open in strong wind so buy a complimentary black hook and eye to keep door closed.

Pretty easy to install on a garden gate, I used this in addition to another hinge since I had a heavy garden door about (20 lbs) to keep the dogs from wandering. You can adjust the tensions but you will need an additional plier or small round tool to rotate hinge enough to be able to increase the tension. Works well on a heavy door and is much cheaper than the stuff at home Depot which is $40 bucks +.

I put these on a custom built greenhouse that i built for the ol lady.. the work perfect!!!

These seem very heavy duty and get the job done. However, there’s really only one tension that is usable. Anything more tense, and you can’t open the door all the way. Anything less tense, and you could go make a sandwich before the door actually closes (and never actually fully closes flat on the lesser-than-default setting). Have to live with the default tension setting
