Reusable Hot & Cold Gel Packs (13 x 22 cm)- Pack of 2

Have only used hot and they do retain heat and provide comfort for pain (I’m using for knee pain).Have to heat in the microwave for a good 60-90 seconds though rather than the 30 seconds as per the instructions. Then they come out red hot and ready to wrap in a towel and apply.Have not tried freezing them but will be wary due to a lot of reviewers saying they split.

Just like the cold packs used in schools. Bought these post wisdom tooth extraction. They have only been used on the “cold setting”. Pliable enough to mould to face shape.

Bought these for my wife who underwent an operation for a knee replacement on 13/12 21They arrived on 16/12/21.For a few days they provided a good amount of pain relief, were easy to use, did not freeze solid but retained a certain amount of flexibility which helped considerably.Around New Year we noticed that the first one was leaking and big globs of the gel were oozing out.Then today 12/01/22 the second one has started leaking - see picture.So they lasted less than a month.Obviously I would not recommend this product.

Stayed very cold for a long time yet still moulded around my wrist when frozen 👍

better for food packing rather than body cold packs. Feel rather solid and not yet used for body.
