Easy enough to install. Used for an ak platform "wrong house" rifle. Great option to keep a rifle accessible but under lock and key.

I love these!!! Work great and look good too! I ordered 2 my first order. Before i ordered i messaged Hold Up Displays to see if they could key the locks the same. They informed me they could definitely do that for me and all i had to do was order the ones that ship from Hold Up Displays instead of the one that ships from Amazon. You have to pay the $4.99 shipping then but for me it was totally worth it!. They came quick and work great. Later i ordered another the same way i did the first 2 and sent a message asking if they could key them the same as the first two. I told them the key number and yes indeed they keyed that one the same as the first 2. Very pleased with this product and with this seller!!!! I'm sure I'll be ordering more also.

This locking long gun apparatus fit my needs perfectly for what I wanted. I wanted a simple inexpensive, quick access Kel-Tec KSG 12 gauge shotgun display. One that locks to keep honest people honest like housekeepers, guest and kids at bay. That said there are shortcomings that I would respectfully communicate to the manufacturer. First the shaft needs to be longer to accommodate wider trigger configurations. 2nd a longer locking shaft to match. 3rd, the rubber trigger grommets fall to the floor constantly. They need to adhere to the trigger lock. And they're kind of thick.4th the company needs to supply Fasteners with no means our removal from the front only from the back. I couldn't even find them at Home Depot. 5th. Most people hate keys especially cheap little kids like this. A personalized programmable four digit combination lock is much better Suited. I hope the manufacturer it hears me for all of our sake. I'd like to buy more. Thank you

Its not gonna stop a thief from taking your pewpew, but it will keep the kids safe. Works great. Easy install. If you are using anchors to mount the brackets, they will show a bit as the holes for the brackets are drilled too close to the edge.

If your goal is to have the firearm displayed, easily accessible and still small child proof, this is the one. Its sturdy and tightly held to the wall with a great locking mechanism. I did add a bottom piece for additional stability, which worked out great. I bought it separately on Amazon as well. Yes, this isn't full proof security from motivated theft I assume, but its exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.
