Excellent, albeit expensive
Excellent headrest for modding the Steelcase Leap (v2) desk chair. Snug as a bug. Would recommend adding a few rubber pieces to clamp between the seat's fabric and the headrest, or the headrest will probably damage the fabric. I did this by cutting up a small rubber ring (ex. DIY market) used for tubing. The headrest itself has great adjustability but cannot be locked to a fixed position. It will move 'with your head position' if you rest against it. Not a bad thing.

Perfect - you won't regret it
I'm not sure why others have written negatively of this product. It's a close fit for the colour (mineral) and was just moments from the box to fit. It's very high quality, solid feeling, and high comfort. I don't send many reviews but thought some on here were far off what I've seen and experienced. Thank you
