I have a disabled person in my office that has trouble getting out of chairs. What is the seat height of this chair (floor to top of seat)? Thanks

Hi, there. The minimum distance from the floor to the top of seat is 16.9 inch, the maximum distance from the floor to the top of seat is 20.8 inch, hope this can help you.

I set up my chair today and im not able adjust the chair height, has anyone else experience the same problem?

Lever on right hand side of the chair is for adjusting height. Arrow points forward. Push lever down while sitting in chair and it will lower. Push again and lift your bootie off the chair and it will go back up to the highest position. :)

How do you adjust the back tilt?

There is a lever on the right side (while sitting). Simply pull it out to unlock, tilt to your desired angle then push the lever back in to lock in place. To unlock and bring back to vertical position, pull out lever and push the chair tilt past your locked angle position, you will hear a 'click' which is the lock release. Return to vertical and relock by pushing lever in. Works nicely.

Is the chair comfortable? I work in the office for an average of 6-8 hours a day.

Yes, the chair is comfortable. It is firm (not hard) and supportive. My wife works from home for 8 hours a day, and I bought this chair for her. It has adjustable arm rests (you can move them outward from your sides or inward to the edge of the seat, and up and down). The headrest can move up and down and tilt a bit. The back will recline and you can lock it in position, or adjust the tension of the recline. The seat will adjust up or down. We were able to put it together and get it adjusted for her in less than 30 minutes. The construction is solid.
