Poorly made
The port where you plug in the pen fell apart before first use and fell into the machine. I was able to retrieve it. The electric current is really high even on the lowest setting. I don’t think this product is safe.

Level 3 works marvelous for me to remove small freckles. Helps if you have topical numbing cream.
