BE AWARE!
This is a message for customers based in the UK.This item is intended to work on systems that are based in the United States or other countries except the UK.UK Consoles runs on PAL system and this is the reason why the game does not work.(Do your researches before purchasing items online)Most of the Nintendo DS system are regional locked, that means UK Customers are allowed only to use PAL system games.

I've tried cleaning the 3ds the game itself as well but nothing, if your looking for omega ruby look somewhere else

It’s a USA cartridge!!!
Ordered this without knowing it’s a USA cartridge and therefore doesn’t work in my son’s 3DS.Created a return and sent it back (to Indianapolis) only to have it returned with no explanation!!Cancelled return to see if it gave me the option to contact Amazon but nothing!! Stuck with an expensive disk I can’t do anything with!
