Loved it. But one of the sets stopped writing after a few minutes. Child was sad. Assumed I could just swap one of the refills. Nope. Can not fix. Handed it off to other adults, looking at directions. Sill, no. Its now a to-do project.

I really like the products! But the pen is so hard to open to switch out the ink refills! I still can’t figure out how to get them open and inserted so a video would be great

I like that this was a two pack -yet each item was very different. In my case I gave one to each kid, but they are so different the same kid could get both and get very different uses out of them.So far I've not had problems with either of them, and I will say that although the "pen" is more a novelty item than a useful pen, because the ink cartridge is so much shorter than other pens, they actually do give you two spare cartridges, allowing you to extend the lifespan of this pen a bit longer. (One you finish both of those, though, I imagine you'll have to toss this, because the cartridge sizes will likely not be found elsewhere unless you write the company.)

Obviously you can see the condition that this arrived in - leaking and trashed for $16 I expect more than that. This was a total fail for a Christmas gift.

The pen fell out after 2 days making it completely useless.

Bought the kit because the portable timer, ended up carry the dimple toy with me all the time... it works!

Only received 8 scrunchies so I'm owed 2 more! Therefore only 3 stars. Otherwise - seem nice quality. Soft velour type feel. Bought for daughter who likes animal print so I'm sure she'll like them.

I love these scrunchies. They are great quality and make my normal ponytail a bit fancier. They are also great for quenching my thirst for leopard print.
