Yes. If it's the older style ridged sides, it will take patience as to lay flat over the ridges

Can this decal be made bigger?

It comes in one size. You can add to it…I added a couple moose to mine.

One reviewer says lasted only 2 yrs. Is that because stored outside in sun? Would it last longer if coach stored inside?

My Winnebago is stored under an outdoor cover and the decal still only lasted 2 years.

Any way to make these last longer?

Yes, but you have to clear coat it (auto clear coat), and everything around it......IE: whatever surface you are putting the graphic on would need the clear, as well as clear over the graphic. I did it on race cars for years. Downside......it NEVER comes up again unless you sand off all the clear and the graphic.
