We opted for a regular unstuffed turkey and bought this kit to use a recipe online, it’s super easy to use but read and follow the instructions. The turkey was so tender. This kit is fabulous with different options you wouldn’t get at a grocery store or Walmart. and very high quality One thing that made me laugh was the instructions inside that said it’s not safe for medical purposes but I suppose there’s the odd person that would think so
