Excellent buy if you dont want to use IFIT workout

Avoid this treadmill!!
Having been a NordicTrack fan with previous models this treadmill may be one of the worst pieces of fitness equipment I have ever wasted money on. The software is a disaster, the machine turns on and off, the deck does not retain a stable incline just to mention a few. This is a company I held high regard for and I am shocked they release such a poorly tested machine.

The best machine i ever had, addictable, amazing. You forget that you are working out. You will need ifit subscription and you can jog or walk around the world. Simply love it.

Defect equipment
The treadmill was not working from the beginning. The technicians even did not bother to check if it works after assembling it. We requested the technicians visit and we waited 2 days till they arrive. It turns out that the front panel is not working and that the treadmill has to be fully replaced. Again we are waiting additional day and no one get back to us. It seems like a fraud for us… and to return it we do need to arrange the shipping company ourselves and pay for the transport cost which is insane.
