Super Comfortable Socks
These socks feel so good on my feet! I've worn them on travel days as well as at home with slippers. They fit nicely without being too snug and are extremely comfortable. Now, as someone with sensory quirks, I bought these socks because they "looked" comfortable. Wellness, improved circulation, reduced swelling weren't a factor for me, therefore I can't back those claims. But, if you want a really good pair of socks to wear all day long -- don't hesitate to grab these.

Best socks for wide feet, diabetes, and arthritis!
Received these socks almost a month ago, but didn't try them on until today. Wow! They are awesome! I'm picky about my socks and shoes because I've had trouble with my feet all my life. My feet are wide, with very high arches, severe arthritis, and now, issues caused by diabetes. These socks are marked R and L because each sock is shaped to be worn on the left or right foot. How about that for innovative design in a sock? There's no extra bulk at the little toe to dig in and cause pressure! I wish I could order 10 more pairs right now, but they are a little pricey. However, I think they are well worth the higher cost and will order a couple of pairs a month until I have a drawer full. Lol I am going to recommend these socks to everyone I know, and tell my doctors about them. Everyone with foot troubles should be wearing these well-made socks!

Love these socks -- they are a fantastic buy!
I have five pairs of the Orthosleeve Diabetic and Neuropathy Socks and I absolutely love them! I have chronic venous insufficiency and resultant lower extremity edema. My primary care doc has been very insistent that I need to wear compression stockings to improve my circulation. But I find compression stockings painful to wear because of how they bind my calves – I also have fibromyalgia so anything that is tight or binding on my body is not just uncomfortable, it is painful. So I went looking for an alternative and found the Orthosleeve socks. These socks are so comfortable to wear that it is almost like I am not wearing socks. The socks are specifically knit for your right and left feet (and labeled L and R so you know the difference). There are no seams to rub or create pressure points. There is more than adequate padding in the toe and heel. The bamboo fabric is very soft and keeps my feet from perspiring. And the socks are a light-enough knit that I do not have to size up my shoes to wear them. Bonus number one is that the socks come in extra-wide width which makes them easier to put on and prevents cramped toes. Bonus number two is that I have no lower extremity edema when I wear these socks – NONE! And after wearing these socks for several weeks, I have also noticed that when I have been on my feet for any length of time, my feet and lower legs are not as tired or sore as they normally would be. Orthosleeve Diabetic and Neuropathy Socks have turned out to be a fantastic buy for me – I consider them a must have and cannot recommend them highly enough.

nice socks
comfortable, well made but only wash in cold water by hand is a bit much.

Well made product but…
Just got a pair of the extra wide. The toes are nice and loose but the socks are fairly tight fitting around the arch and top of the feet. As a result, they do not help with my neuropathy. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be wearing them again. I’m disappointed as I’ve been searching for a truly comfortable sock for some time now.

Miracle solution for me
These socks are a MIRACLE for me! I've been told to wear compression socks for years. I swell up badly. Nothing helped and I was miserable trying other solutions. I had success in the past wearing the compression knee socks but hate getting them on and wearing them. I didn't see how an ankle sock could help but it's just too dang hot to wear them. Add to the equation my wide feet and you see the problem. I always thought you should be able to purchase wide socks but hadn't seen any before these. They're wonderful. I can wear them 24x7 and not get cramps. They don't squeeze off my feet and help keep the swelling and pain down. I still swell up too much for even these, but can take them off and not get rebound swelling. The cost is higher than I ever dreamed I'd pay for socks, but they're definitely worth it. I don't understand having to hand wash. I'm thinking I'll just put them in a mesh bag to wash. I wanted to save money by buying the 3pair bundle but it doesn't offer a choice for size so who knows what I'd get, plus the ai bot is no help.

Perfect for my achy feet
I wanted these socks to wear with my athletic shoes, but I wanted more of a compression sock than normal cotton socks. WHAT I LIKE: -- These socks are low-profile, but still have a mild compression component to them -- They are labeled L and R and they have a custom feel on each foot. -- The fabric is soft and stretchy, and fits snugly around my arches and insteps. -- There is a good amount of non-binding toe room, a "must" for me -- Non-binding around ankle, also a "must" for me -- They really seem to prevent the most of the achyness I was getting when I wore just cotton socks.

Save your money
These socks are just regular socks. Not neuropathy socks.
