Sirdar - Snuggly 100% Cotton Knitting Yarn - Mauve (# 768)

Ideal for babies sensitive skin, colour range ok, knits up well.

I ordered 3 balls of mauve yarn, it was only after I started using the second ball that I realised it’s a totally different shade to the other two balls, I now need to unpick my knitting and order a replacement ball. As you will see from the photos - a totally different shade, also the yarn wrapper clearly states “shade 769” but the packaging states “768” I have now ordered another ball of 768 - very poor service - I feel a refund is in order even though I cannot return the item in its original state since I started knitting with it

I bought the colour "mauve 768" and I received the colour 769 (dusty pink). I keep it because is nice but not for the project that I need a mauve colour. / The other colour "cream" is like white, so... Not cream, but the number is correct.

Colour was not as specified. Whilst I appreciate a slight variation, colour looked more like brown
