Review: Happy but shame no photos of each dish - Book is set out well. Overview of health benefits and table of healthy ingredients with benefits at front. Two week meal plan is helpful and each week comes with a shopping list. Itโs an American book so as long as you know what an egg plant or a zucchini is, youโre good to go. I just wish there were photos of each meal. Most meals are not photographed. Shame. I think I will try some of the recipes for sure but likely use the book as a means of re-educating myself on what to buy and cook! Review: Good product - Recipes are not too complicated. I haven't actually cooked any of them but I can see that the ingredients are foods commonly found and judging from what I have read, I will actually use this bood.

Easy to Follow
I love how this cookbook is color coded for the different benefits and directs you to the pages for the recipes on the 14 day plan. The shopping list is so helpful also. This book was put together nicely and so you can successfully follow a healthy 14 day plan and teaches you about the foods.
