The taste is pleasantly mild and nutty, with a light sweetness. It’s not overpoweringly almond-y, which means it can work in a range of ways (in cereal, smoothies, with coffee). It’s smooth and easy to drink as is (chilled) Being long-life (shelf stable until opened) is a big plus — nice to have some extras in the pantry. The “dairy-free / lactose-free / plant-based” label is accurate. Good for those with lactose sensitivity or avoiding dairy.Nutritionally, it has the benefit of being low in saturated fat

haven’t drank cows milk for about four years. this is all i use; for oat/cereal, smoothies, sometimes cooking and just to drink on it’s own when i feel like. you could probably tell from the picture i added that i really like this milk. when i first tried it about six years ago i didn’t like it at all and decided i was never going to drink it again. i decided to give it another go when i cut the dairy milk out altogether and again, at first i didn’t like the taste or even the smell but i kept at it for the healthy side of it. now, i love the taste, i’m so used to it and I enjoy it. whenever the almond milk is on sale i buy four or five of them at a time. amazon fresh started in march of 2017 and from the picture you can see i’ve bought 66 since about to be 68. THREE THUMBS UP!

We have been drinking these for over a decade, so no complaints here. But the nice surprise is this time we ordered the regular variety and received the more expensive barista version for the same price. Not sure if it's a mistake, but thank you!
