Does her hand actually touch her waist or no?

I'm sorry I bought a tan one. Her hands don't touch her waist.

Small size women's clothing. Waist is about 24 inches, bust about 33 inches and hips about 34 inches.

Are her arms able to be positioned straight up in the air (as if she were in a diving or flying type position?)

We are sorry that it is unable to be positioned straight up in the air, hope you can understand.

Can this mannequin wear full length pants and if so how?

Yes, you can put on the pants before you assemble the base to the mannequin.
